To size your wrist, use a soft tape measure (or piece of yarn or ribbon) and measure the smallest part of your wrist. Add ½” for a tighter more “fitted” feel or add ¾” – 1” for a looser fit that moves more. You can also measure a favorite watch or bracelet that you currently wear.
DO NOT subtract inches for the medical tag – it is included in the total measurement. You can look at the size chart for reference, but it is best to double check that measurement on your own wrist.
The sizes increase by ¼” s.
